Here at A New You, we use IMAGE products which contain glycolic acid. The skin is thoroughly cleansed with an agent that removes excess oils and the eyes and hair are protected. The solution is painted on your skin where it sits for a couple minutes, then it rinsed off. Treated skin flakes of within a couple days revealing the new skin. The new, regenerated skin is usually smoother and less wrinkled than the old skin. The new skin also is temporarily more sensitive to the sun which is why we recommend using sunblock on treatment areas exposed to the sun.
